Wheel and Bogie Monitoring Project

This system uses high-precision lasers and cameras mounted on the track to perform non-contact measurements of the wheel and bogie geometries of moving trains.

It automatically collects critical data like wheel profile, wear status, diameter, and axle spacing.

Thanks to RFID integration, a maintenance history for each wheel is created, forming the basis for predictive maintenance activities.
